This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registrations and payments made through Priyadharshini.in.

1. Human Intelligence Masterclass™

The current registration fee displayed for the Human Intelligence Masterclass™ is:

₹199 INR

2. Cancellation by Participant

If you are unable to attend the masterclass, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below.

For participant-initiated cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund eligibility may also depend on whether the participant has already accessed or received the program materials/access.

3. Program Cancellation by Us

If SKILL HUB™ cancels a scheduled program and does not provide a suitable alternative session, eligible registered participants may receive a refund of the registration fee.

Participants will be notified using the email address or mobile number provided during registration.

4. Rescheduled Programs

If a program is rescheduled, registered participants may be offered access to the rescheduled session.

Where applicable, participants who cannot attend the rescheduled session may contact us regarding available refund options.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you have accidentally made multiple successful payments for the same registration, please contact us with the payment/order details.

After verification, the duplicate amount may be refunded through the applicable payment method.

6. Failed Transactions

If money has been debited from your account but the registration/payment is not successfully completed, please contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the transaction and coordinate with the payment gateway where necessary.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated through the applicable payment method/payment gateway.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
